Our legend is Shintaro Tsuji, he is the CEO of the company Sanrio. Sanrio is the company where the very famous Hello Kitty was created as well as many others. Characters such as Kuromi, Gudetama, Chococat, My Melody, etc. Shintaro founded the company back in 1960. Sanrio is a Japanese company that designs, licenses, and produces products that are cute.

We chose this legend beacause we wanted to know more about what the Shintaro Tsuji and what he did to help his company to be very successful. We also wanted to know how many characters did the company make and if they are still currently making any new charcaters.
